Rules 

• Rental will be to a minimum of one week.
• You will have the key at noon. Somebody will be waiting for you with the key. You can arrange the transfer with us but please do it well in advance.
• Maximum of 4 people (2 couples)
• The house is a smoke free area.
• On the last day you should leave at 1 pm. Everything should stay in good order as you found it. If you damage anything please replace it with the same or similar. If that is not possible please inform your contact  person.

Price will be based on the number of people and in Euro.

For 2 people: 490 euro per week
For 4 people: 840 euro per week

Car rental 20 euro per day
Bike rental 3 euro per day          

Payment

 Once agreed you will have to pay 50% of the full amount by bank transfer. The other 50% will be paid when you receive the keys, in cash please! We do not accept personal cheques.  If not arrange before about using the car or the bikes you can always  decide about that anytime during your stay in case you wish to use them. Please note that they have to be rented also for the duration of one week and that we only accept cash.

* The 20% discount is not available for the months of july and august.
